TIMBER PROCESSING

On our site in Mouchard, our 12 kilns allow us to offer you dry wood.

Equipped with a band saw, we are able to saw various sections at your convenience.

Our planing department is equipped with a Weinig and our qualified employees provide us with a perfect quality on the final product. A wide range of profiles is available for you to choose from. We are also in a position to respond to more specific profiles.

Thus, we control the whole process internally from the forest to the final product according to the precise requirements of our customers.

At Mouchard, we also have :

• 2 steam chambers to offer ” VAPO ” woods
• 1 gluing workshop for the production of scantling / Tablet / Panel
• 1 cutting department

All installations on our site are self-supplied by a 1.4 MW boiler. The chips produced in the cutting and planing department pass through a shredder and are then conveyed to the boiler.
